Wiggle makes it as easy as possible for you to return your parcel, whatever the reason which is why we feature them on our Parcel Delivery website.

If you change your mind or you have an unwanted parcel, then the Wiggle returns policy for UK parcels is clearly explained on their website and states that you have a year (365 days) from the delivery date to return your items.

If something is wrong with your order and you want to return an item because it is faulty, then you are not restricted to the 365 day returns policy. Parcel returns for faulty items can be sent back at any time and if they are more than 30 days old they may need to be sent off for repair before a refund or replacement can be considered. Any items returned that are faulty will be inspected and may also be sent back to the manufacturer to have the fault confirmed.

    Return Your Wiggle Parcel

Wiggle offer several different ways for you to send back your parcel in line with the Wiggle returns policy. Whichever way you choose to arrange Wiggle parcel returns, the first step you need to take is to log into your account and find the order that you no longer want, before clicking the Return Item button. You will need to give details about why you are returning your item, making sure you add any extra information that would be useful for Wiggle to know in the text box provided. You will then be able to print a Wiggle returns slip which needs to be included in your parcel when you send it back. Make sure everything is packaged securely once you choose which way to send the parcel back.

The options available include Collect Plus which is a free service, allowing you to take your parcel to a drop off point at more than 6,000 supermarkets or shops in the UK. To use this service your parcel must not be any bigger than 50cm x 30cm x 30cm and must weigh less than 10 kilograms. When you drop off your parcel, you will be given a Wiggle returns receipt which includes a code for you to use to track your return delivery.

You can also use Doddle, which is based in many train stations, universities, shopping centres and on the high street for your Wiggle parcel returns. Doddle will provide you with a returns label and a receipt with a tracking reference that you can use to check the progress of your parcel.

Royal Mail can also be used for Wiggle returns. This is a free service available to UK customers for parcels that weigh less than 20 kilograms and that are smaller than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm. You need to take the parcel to a local post office where you will be given a receipt with a reference number that you can use to track your return.

The Asda to-you delivery service allows you to arrange Wiggle parcel returns for free by taking it to one of their 600 Asda stores. This service is only for parcels that do not weigh more than 25 kilograms and that are no bigger than 60cm x 60cm x 90cm. Again, you will be supplied with a receipt so you can track the delivery.

You can also choose to return your parcel directly to Wiggle by posting it to their returns address. If you return your parcel directly in this way then Wiggle will not refund the postage costs unless the item was faulty or you were sent something in error. If you choose this method to return your item then make sure you remember to get proof of postage. It is always best to use a tracked delivery service so you can make sure that your parcel reaches its destination.

If you prefer, you can also arrange for Wiggle to collect your parcel from your home, as this can be helpful when you need to send back large parcels, such as a bike. This service costs £20 unless your item is faulty or you were sent the wrong item in error, in which case collection will be carried out free of charge. These collections are only available on Monday to Friday.

If you are returning a bike then it needs to be packaged in its original box, or a replacement box can be supplied for £25.

    Wiggle Couriers

When you order items online it is important that delivery is carried out by reliable and effective courier services that you can trust.

Wiggle offers a range of delivery services to get your parcel to you when you want it, and they work with a variety of carriers and couriers to make sure your item arrives safely.

Next day delivery is provided by DPD. Orders that are placed before 10pm Monday to Friday or before 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays are usually delivered the next day.

Priority 1st class delivery is delivered by either the Royal Mail Tracked24 service or larger parcels will use Yodel.

It can be more convenient to have your parcel delivered to a collection point rather than to your home or workplace. Collect+ deliveries are free for orders £9 and over and are usually delivered to your chosen location within three working days. Collect+ deliveries are carried out by Yodel.

Similarly, Doddle deliveries are also free for orders £9 and above and will arrive at your chosen Doddle store within three working days.

Free standard delivery to most parts of the UK is also available on most Wiggle products, as long as the value of your order is more than £9. You can choose free delivery at the checkout and delivery takes up to four days. Standard delivery is carried out by Royal Mail Tracked48 or Yodel if it is a larger parcel.

All bike orders are delivered by Yodel and have a longer processing time of four to six days, as they need to be built and safety checked by Wiggle’s fully trained mechanics before they can be sent for delivery. Delivery of bikes usually take up to two days after they have been dispatched.

In some instances, delivery times may be extended if the destination address is in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Island.

Deliveries to PO Box addresses are not accepted by Wiggle and they also state that they cannot accept liability for orders made to hotels or third party couriers that do not arrive or are damaged when received. Wiggle therefore advise against these deliveries.

    Tracking Your Wiggle Order

Once you have bought your items you will want to receive them as quickly as possible and will be keen to track when your delivery is likely to arrive or if there are any unexpected delays.

To help you do this, after you have completed your order and it has been processed by Wiggle, you will receive an email giving you details of your delivery. This will include a link to your tracking information which you can use to check on the progress of your delivery. This tracking information is also available in the My Orders section once you have logged into your Wiggle account.
