Delivery is always fast, with the majority of the smaller items on the Sweatband website delivered within 2-3 working days. Although they are mainly an online company, they do have a showroom in London, so it may be possible to view some products before purchasing online. It is recommended that you contact the showroom before visiting to see whether the specific item you have in mind is available to view. As there is such a large range of products available, it is impossible for the Sweatband showroom to hold everything in stock.

Sweatband work with a variety of trusted couriers to ensure your goods are with you as quickly as possible. They also try to provide a free delivery service wherever possible. When you are browsing the Sweatband website all products which are eligible for free delivery are highlighted with a clear free delivery logo.

If your item weighs more than 50kg, delivery could take slightly longer as it will require a two man delivery service. If your item falls into this delivery category, the Sweatband team will contact you to arrange a delivery time which is convenient for you.

The company understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return a purchase, which is why they have put together the comprehensive Sweatband returns policy. All Sweatband returns are included within a 14 day money back guarantee. Sweatband know it is difficult to purchase certain items online, and so the no quibble refund is applicable on all products in line with the Sweatband returns policy. The product will need to be returned in an as new, resalable condition, this includes all original packaging.

Sweatband are committed to delivering all items within 30 days, although most small items are delivered within three days. There is free delivery to areas of the UK mainland where possible, although there is a charge in some cases for delivery to the Isle of Lewis, Isle of Orkney, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Once you have placed your order you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use at any time for a live update on your order’s progress. If your purchase qualifies you for free delivery the courier will deliver the parcel to you on a weekday between 8am and 6pm. If you require a Saturday delivery this will require an additional charge.

Sweatband parcel returns speed will vary depending on the courier you choose. Many of the couriers we work with can offer overnight delivery services, although the standard delivery time will be 2 to 3 working days. Once the parcel arrives back to the Sweatband warehouse your refund will be issued within 30 days, however most are issued within just a few days. The refund can only be issued to the original debit or credit card used to make the purchase and it could take up to three working days for the refund to show in your account. It is important that you choose a delivery service which covers the value of the item, as Sweatband cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss of items during the returns process. Due to the high value of many of the items the company sells, it is advisable to take out additional insurance where required. Once the courier collects the parcel you will be issued with a receipt, and this should be retained as it is your proof of postage. If there are any mishaps along the way you will still be able to claim your refund if you have your proof of postage.
