Ever since 1991, Oasis have been a firm favourite of fashion lovers on the high street. Now after more than a quarter of a century in the fashion industry, Oasis has grown and has become a staple of shopping centres and high streets throughout the UK and Ireland. In fact, there are now more than 300 Oasis stores currently operating in the country, including the company’s flagship store located in the heart of London on Tottenham Court Road. As well as 300 stores, Oasis also have more than 200 concessions which shoppers can find in branches of Outfit and John Lewis as well as House of Fraser, Fenwick and Debenhams. Put simply, no-matter where you are in the UK or Ireland, you’re never far from an Oasis store.
Outside of the UK, Oasis have expanded and now operate in 96 locations spread across 27 countries. Meaning towns in Europe and Scandinavia have an Oasis store along with USA, The Middle East and even the Far East. The success of Oasis has been put down to the fact they offer beautiful prints and vibrant colours, meaning they always stand out from high street rivals. With the right mix of style, fun and confidence, Oasis designs look set to continue to be popular with all sorts of women for many years to come.
Like most high street stores, Oasis have had to adapt over the years in order to keep up with the demands of the modern consumer. People want convenience when they shop, and sometimes that means not having to leave home. Thankfully, Oasis have recognised this and offer their full range through their easy to use and well-designed website. As with many sites with online ordering however, there are always questions when it comes to the returns as well as deliveries and order tracking. On this page you’ll find full details of the policies and systems Oasis have in place for delivering and returning orders.
As a fashion store, Oasis have to process a lot of returns, and that’s why the Oasis returns policy has been designed to be as easy as possible. If you find that you’ve tried on a dress for instance that isn’t quite the right size, or you just don’t like the way it looks, you are entitled to return the item to Oasis and you’ll qualify for a full refund or exchange, providing the item is returned in the same condition it was delivered in.
When Oasis deliver goods to your home, you will notice that a returns slip is included in the parcel. On this slip you will find full details on returning the goods to Oasis. In order to return the items you will need to complete the slip in full and make sure it’s included when you send the parcel back, along with the items you wish to return. The returns policy of Oasis states that you are entitled to return items for a refund within one month of receiving them. It’s worth bearing in mind that the policy does not apply to sales or reduced items, for which you will have fourteen days to return them.
Alternatively, you may return the items to an Oasis store if this is more convenient. Once again, you will have a month from the dispatch date to return the items, unless you have purchased a reduced or sale product, and in that case you will have fourteen days if you wish to return the items to a store. If you go to an Oasis store, make sure you remember to take the dispatch note which will be included in your parcel, as this will count as your receipt. This service is only available at Oasis stores, meaning you won’t be able to have your refund processed at any Oasis concession.
Oasis aim to process all refunds within 5-10 working days from receiving your items. If you are still awaiting a refund after more than 20 working days, you should submit a request with details on your refund via the contact form on the Oasis website.
Return Your Oasis Parcel
For all Oasis parcel returns, there are a range of options available. If you plan on posting your parcel back, you can do so for free thanks to the fact Oasis offers completely free returns. All you have to do is complete the Oasis parcel returns form which you should find enclosed in your parcel. Filling out the form will require you entering simple details such as your name, postcode and the order form. Enclose the Oasis parcel returns form with your goods and then simply place the returns address label, which again will come with your parcel when it’s initially delivered. You should notice that the returns address label has an Oxford address printed on it, but if you are in any doubt you can find the full address on the Oasis website. Once you’ve done that you simply have to take your securely packaged parcel, along with the dispatch note, to the post office. The member of staff at the post office will stamp your dispatch note with proof of posting. As a general rule, you should retain the dispatch note until you have been fully refunded.
With Oasis returns you don’t necessarily have to go to the post office if it’s not convenient. According to the Oasis returns policy, the company offers Collect Plus returns too. Collect+ is a free service that allows you to drop off the parcel at one of more than 3,800 locations across the UK. The locations include everything from petrol stations to newsagents and local stores, many of which are open from early until late seven days a week. You can look up the closest shop with Collect+ facilities to you on the Collect+ website. All you have to do is stick the Collect+ label to your parcel and take it to a participating store. The store will then supply you with proof of postage along with a unique code which allows you to track the item online.
You can also use Doddle to return your parcel, as stated by the Oasis returns policy. Usually located either in or near a train station in busy areas, Doddle is a dedicated parcel store which will handle the return of your parcel for you. Most Doddle stores are open late and operate seven days a week. The free service will ensure your item is returned to Oasis safely and you can expect to have your refund processed within just 5 days.
Oasis use a courier service to deliver your parcel to you, and have a range of options which are available during the purchasing process. If you shop regularly at Oasis, there is an Oasis unlimited option which costs £9.99 a year. This gives you free next day delivery as well as free nominated delivery.
Alternatively, the company offer standard delivery for £2.99 per shipment. With standard delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days. However, during peak times, including sales, your order could take 7 working days to arrive. Nominated day delivery is also available for £3.99, which allows you to choose the day your parcel arrives. If you place an order before 8pm, you can choose next day delivery at the checkout for £4.99. Next day delivery requires that you place your order by 8pm on a weekday, and by 3pm on the weekends. Alternatively, you can specify Saturday delivery for £4.99 and Sunday delivery for £5.99. Finally, evening next day delivery can be chosen for £7.99. This is available for all orders placed before 11pm. Evening next day deliveries are carried out between 6pm and 10pm the following day.
Tracking Your Oasis Order
With all Oasis orders you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking code which will be sent to you when the order has left the Oasis warehouse. The tracking code will come with instructions on how to use it, so you can check exactly where your parcel is at any given time. With some delivery methods, such as evening next day delivery, you will need to sign for the parcel when it arrives. So, if you use tracking and know roughly when your parcel will arrive, make sure either you or someone else is at the address to receive it.
