Whether you purchased a product in store or online, you can use TK Maxx returns. The product must be unused and in a resalable condition. It must include all the original packaging and tags attached. You will not receive a refund from the TK Maxx return policy if any tags are missing or the item shows any wear. If the item is faulty when you purchase it, then it will still be returnable.

The TK Maxx return policy allows you to return the item within 28 days of purchase. This is unlike the typical statutory 14 days. This is in place whether this was in store or online. TK Maxx online returns cannot be used for all items. There are several items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This includes pierced jewellery and swimwear with hygiene strips removed and underwear.

TK Maxx Return Policy

There is a separate TK Maxx return policy to be followed if you purchase products using a gift card online. If you are a personal customer, TK Maxx returns offer a statutory right to cancel policy. By purchasing goods online, you can cancel the contract and receive a full refund for all the products purchased. This must be done within 14 days from the delivery date. Note that this applies to all items except from anything perishable. This includes hampers or any food items. All TK Maxx returns must be unused and still have all the tags attached. If the tags have been removed, then the item will be considered second hand. This will mean that the TK Maxx returns team will deduct the value of the goods from your refund.

It doesn’t matter what item you are returning, as the TK Maxx return policy states that this doesn’t affect your statutory rights. This even applies when returning a faulty product.

TK Maxx Online Returns

You are unable to exchange a product that you purchased online, as stated in the TK Maxx return policy. The easiest way to get the same product but in a different size or colour is to return the item in store. You can also use store credit to purchase the new product.

If you purchase an item from TK Maxx that is pre-loved, it may already have some signs of wear. Therefore, you are still able to receive a refund within 28 days if you choose to return one of these pre-loved products. You can only get a refund on pre-loved TK Maxx online returns if the item is in the same condition as when it was sold. All the tags should be attached, and the original authenticity stickers and cards should be included.

Returning TK Maxx Parcels

TK Maxx offer TK Maxx online returns via a reliable courier with the TK Maxx return policy and in store. All you need is either your proof of purchase or dispatch note, so you can receive a refund. Your refund can only be processed to the original credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase. In the case that you no longer have access to the card, you will be offered either an exchange or a gift voucher. You will receive a store credit note or gift card to the value of the purchase if the original purchase was made via e-voucher.

TK Maxx returns can be done in store. There are a few items that can only be returned via post, due to the TK Maxx return policy. For example, jewellery can only be returned to a TK Maxx store with a designated jewellery counter. Contact the TK Maxx online returns service team to find out if your local store has a jewellery counter. If you don’t have a local TK Maxx store, you will be able to receive a refund for the return postage form TK Maxx.

To receive a refund for TK Maxx returns, simply fill out the returns form on your dispatch note and include it with the parcel. If you can’t find the dispatch note or you no longer have it, you can just include a note with your name, billing address, telephone number and the email address used for the TK Maxx account. You will also need to include your order number, a description of the product and the reason for TK Maxx returns. These reasons can include, faulty, arrived too late, incorrect, unwanted git, doesn’t fit or unsuitable.

As soon as the parcel arrives at the TK Maxx warehouse, your refund for TK Maxx online returns will be processed within 7 working days. However, please note that it could take up to 3 extra days for the refund to appear in your account. TK Maxx will refund the cost of the item, but the company won’t refund any postage costs for the return or for the original delivery, unless the team was delivered unusable and faulty.

However, if the value of the item exceeds the cover provided by the courier, you can purchase extra insurance.

If you have purchased a large item from TK Maxx, such as furniture, you might need a specialist two-man courier services. Carefully choose the courier service of your TK Maxx returns, as some have restrictions in terms of the weight and size they can transport. Therefore, if you have an item that is large, you will need to double check that your chosen courier is able to carry the item. As soon as the parcel has been collected from your location, you will receive a receipt. This must be kept as proof of purchase in case the parcel is lost or damaged during transit, so you can still claim a refund.

Tracking TK Maxx Orders

Visit the Hermes website for all standard UK deliveries, if you are waiting for your parcel to arrive. You can even track your order, so you can determine when it will arrive. Simply use the 16-digit tracking ID found withing the dispatch confirmation email. For Next Day delivery, you will be able to use the tracking code that is found on the DPD website.

When you return your parcel through one of the couriers listed on the website, you will be able to track your parcel throughout its transit. The courier will scan the barcode of the parcel when they collect it from your location and from here you will be able to track your parcel.

Can You Return TK Maxx To Homesense?

TK Maxx products cannot be returned to Homesense and vise versa.

What Are The Different Delivery Options?

You can choose next day delivery or standard UK delivery for your TK Maxx delivery. Standard delivery will take up to 5 working days to arrive. Next day delivery orders must be placed before 8pm Monday to Friday.

Where Are Parcels Delivered If I’m Not In?

If you opted for Standard UK delivery and you’re not at home, the parcel may be left in a secure place. The driver may also leave the parcel with a neighbour of post a card. This will state where the parcel has been left. Please note, if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days, you need to call 0192 347 3561.

Alternatively, if you choose next day delivery and you’re not at home, the driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour. However, they will always obtain a signature. You will be advised by DPD where the parcel has been left. You can always contact DPD to rearrange delivery.

How Will I Know If My Click And Collect Order Is Ready?

When your parcel arrives in store, we will send you an email and a text. When you pick up the parcel, you will need to bring proof of ID. You will also need your order number. You can track your parcel by using the 16-digit tracking ID that will be in your confirmation email.
