Return Your Schuh Parcel
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your new shoes, you can arrange Schuh returns on any unused items within an amazing 365 days. As long as you have the receipt, you get a whole year to decide, according to the amazing Schuh returns policy. It is important to make sure the shoes fit before using as any signs of wear will mean you cannot return the item. The 365 day Schuh parcel returns policy is also applicable to the Schuh range of imperfect items. An exchange is not available as they are one-off items but a full refund will be offered where the item is not used, in accordance to the Schuh returns policy.

When you received your order, there should have been a Schuh parcel returns form inside – you should fill this out. If you no longer have the form, you will need to include a note which details your name, address, contact number and the reason you are returning the item. The shoes should be packaged carefully and returned in the original box, in line with the Schuh returns policy. If you do not like having to wait at home for a delivery, it is possible to have your parcel sent to your local Collect+ store. The delivery is quick and will take place within 2-3 working days. There are over 6,000 convenient stores around the UK, in local shops and post offices. Many of these stores have long opening hours so are perfect if you are looking to pick up a parcel outside of office hours. If you choose this service, it is free for all orders over £4.99. You will receive an email and text message to let you know when your shoes are ready for collection. Remember to bring this with you along with photographic ID when you collect your items.
Schuh work with a number of courier services to give you many options for both UK and international parcel deliveries. The couriers are all chosen because of their accuracy and reliability. All Schuh couriers are required to ask for a signature upon delivery for your peace of mind. If you personally will not be home, a signature can be provided by anyone at the address. If there is no one home, the courier will try to deliver to a neighbour who is willing to sign for the parcel. If this is not possible, the courier will try to drop the parcel to a local post office – a calling card will always be left to let you know. If none of these options are possible, the courier will return the parcel to the depot where a new delivery will be re-scheduled.
Tracking Your Schuh Parcel
Once your order is dispatched from Schuh, you will receive an email with a link to the courier’s website, along with a tracking number. If you are sending an item to a country outside of the European Union, the parcel will have to go through customs clearance upon entry to the country. This can take up to 4-6 weeks and there could be import charges to pay. These import charges will need to be paid by you. Unfortunately, it is impossible to estimate what these charges will be as they are decided by the customs department upon entry to the country. All deliveries made within the European Union will not have to clear customs or pay import taxes as there is a free trade agreement in place.
If you have returned your purchase, the delivery time will depend on the courier service used. Once the parcel arrives into the Schuh warehouse, it will be processed within three working days and you will receive an email as confirmation. All refunds can only be made to the original payment method of debit or credit card. if you no longer have access to this payment method, you will be offered an exchange or a Schuh gift card.
