As soon as your item is received into the MandM warehouse, you will receive an email to let you know it is being processed. Once the refund or exchange has been processed, you will be sent another email to let you know whether the refund or exchange is on its way to you.
Note: It can take up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive into the MandM Direct warehouse depending on which delivery service you use. You should keep your receipt as proof of postage so that in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing, you can still claim for the value of your refund.
Once your parcel arrives at the MandM Direct warehouse, the company aims to process all returns within three to five working days. It will then take up to an additional seven working days for your refund to show in your account.
Note: MandM Direct are only able to refund purchases to the original credit or debit card. If you no longer have access to this card, an exchange will be offered instead.
